• Trip and contact details submitted through the intake form, such as name, email address, the names or number of people in the party, destination, dates, and trip preferences.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed by Stripe. Full card numbers are not seen or stored directly; only limited confirmation details are received from Stripe, such as payment status and the email associated with the payment.
• Communications sent by email or through revision requests.

Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under the age of 18.

2.How we use your information

Information is used solely to:

• Research, prepare, and deliver custom itineraries.
• Communicate about orders, revisions, and questions.
• Process payments and maintain records required for tax and accounting.

Personal information is not sold and is not shared for advertising purposes.

3.Service providers and tools we use

To operate the service, a small number of third-party providers process some information on behalf of The Park Concierge LLC:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Tally — intake form provider, which collects and stores the trip details submitted by users.
• Google Workspace — email communication and storage of order details.
• AI research tools — as part of preparing your itinerary, we may process your trip details (such as destination, dates, and preferences) through third-party AI research tools, including tools such as Claude and Perplexity, to help research and verify your trip. We do not enter your payment information into these tools.

Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices. Only the information reasonably necessary for each provider or tool to perform its function is shared, and providers are not authorized to use that information for their own marketing.

4.How long we keep your information

Trip and contact details are kept for as long as needed to deliver the itinerary and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Deletion requests may be sent to hello@theparkconcierge.com, and information will be deleted unless retention is required by law.

5.How we protect your information

Reasonable measures are taken to protect information, including relying on established providers such as Stripe, Tally, and Google that use industry-standard security practices. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6.Your choices and rights

Users may:

• Ask what information is held about them.
• Ask for corrections or updates to their information.
• Ask for deletion of their information, subject to legal retention requirements.
